The North Webster Junior High Chargers were established in the 2011-2012 school year when Cotton Valley, Sarepta, Shongaloo, and Springhill schools consolidated to form North Webster Jr. High in Sarepta, LA. The school mascot is the Charger, which was the title given to horses used by knights to ride into battle. The North Webster Junior High athletes try to live up to the example of the charger, always moving forward and never retreating.
All athletes need to fill out a physical form at the beginning of the school year, and take the free physical at the school offered by Springhill Medical Center. No student can play any sport without a physical.
